My philosophy is to provide you with the highest standards in all stages of the preparation of your cake. I believe that the taste of your cake whatever the occasion is equally as important as the way it looks that is why I only use the finest of ingredients. I can supply with you with any size and shape of cake and a number of tiers to suit your taste and style. Rich fruit, Chocolate, lemon, vanilla, carrot and eggless made in lemon, chocolate or vanilla. I usually use a rich gouache filling inside the sponge wedding cakes which can have different flavours added, however you can fill them with jam and butter cream the choose is totally yours.
